Your Responsibilities as a Parts Delivery Driver:

  • Safely and efficiently deliver automotive parts to trade customers and internal branches, ensuring all deliveries are completed within agreed timeframes
  • Provide a professional and courteous service at all times, acting as a key representative of the dealership when interacting with customers
  • Accurately check, load, and unload parts, ensuring all items are correct, secure, and accompanied by the appropriate documentation
  • Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes, adapting to changing schedules and priorities when required
  • Maintain clear communication with the Parts Department and colleagues to coordinate deliveries and manage customer expectations
  • Handle customer queries in a helpful and professional manner, escalating any issues promptly to the relevant department
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks and ensure the company vehicle is kept clean, presentable, and roadworthy at all times
  • Adhere to all road safety regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards
  • Assist within the Parts Department during quieter periods, including stock handling, organisation, and general support duties
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and any discrepancies
