Vertu BMW Prep Centre Sunderland has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our brilliant team.
We are offering a basic salary of £31,824, plus an excellent range of company benefits.
You will be required to work occasional Saturdays, as per the departmental rota, between the hours of8:00am and 12:00pm.
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our workshop operations, ensuring technicians have the correct parts available to maintain productivity and deliver efficient vehicle preparation and repairs. Daily duties will include processing parts requests, accurately identifying and supplying parts, managing stock requirements, and supporting the smooth running of the workshop.
You will utilise manufacturer systems and product information to accurately identify parts requirements, maximise upsell opportunities where appropriate, and maintain strong knowledge of new and updated parts through training and product updates. You will also work closely with internal departments to ensure parts are supplied efficiently and accurately.
Ideally, you will have previous Parts Advisor experience within the motor industry and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
