As a Parts Advisor at Vauxhall, you’ll be the trusted link between our workshop, customers and suppliers. Delivering exceptional service while ensuring the correct parts are always in the right place at the right time.
With a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, you’ll help keep our workshop running smoothly and support retail customers with genuine parts and accessories that enhance vehicle performance and reliability.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Provide first-class customer service to internal and external customers, offering expert advice and guidance on parts, products, and availability
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all documentation is completed and filed correctly
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, working closely with your Parts Leader to ensure key items are always available
- Support the sales process by identifying upsell opportunities and promoting relevant products or services
- Maintain an organised, secure, and compliant working environment across all areas of the parts department
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across other departments to ensure a seamless experience for every customer
