Parts Advisor `

Mon Motors are seeking a motivated and organised Parts Advisor to join our busy Parts Team at Gloucester Skoda. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid understanding of vehicles who thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment.

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our workshop receives the correct vehicle parts quickly and accurately, while maintaining high standards of administration and stock control

This role is Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

• Working within our busy parts department, sourcing and supplying vehicle parts for retail customers and workshop vehicles
• Selling a range of genuine accessories
• looking up and ordering parts from our electronic parts system
• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
• Receiving parts into stock
• Data and document handling
• Keep up to date on latest product knowledge
• Keep up to date with all processing and administration

• Be IT literate and have experience of working in an environment using system and processes
• Previous VAG experience would be an advantage but not essential
• Be a team player used to building effective working relationships.
• Be organised and have a good attention to detail
• Have previous experience within a similar role is desirable but not essential
• Have good communication skills
