At Marshall Audi Exeter , we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our successful aftersales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a modern, purpose-built Audi dealership, working alongside experienced colleagues in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our workshop runs smoothly, supplying the right parts at the right time and delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers.

In this role

We're looking for

• You’ll receive, unload and accurately record all incoming parts and stock deliveries.
• You’ll store and organise parts, maintaining clear, up-to-date inventory records in our internal systems.
• You’ll respond to internal workshop and external customer enquiries in person, by phone and via email, delivering a quick and expert service.
• You’ll pick and distribute parts for technicians, working closely with service advisors and the sales team to keep every job on schedule.

About You

• Someone with previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a franchised dealership.
• Someone comfortable following established processes and procedures, and working both independently and as part of a team.
• Someone motivated, organised and who prioritises Health & Safety in the workplace.
• Someone tech-savvy and confident using iPad or similar software for inventory management.
• Most importantly, someone who takes pride in delivering a positive experience for every customer and colleague, every time.
