Are you an organised and customer-focused Parts Advisor looking for your next challenge?
At Marshall Mercedes-Benz Truck and Van Southampton , you'll be joining a busy, high-performing aftersales operation supporting a busy workshop, HGV technicians across three shifts, and over 100 vehicles through the workshop every week . This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the world's most respected commercial vehicle brands while developing your career within a business that genuinely invests in its people.
You'll play a vital role in keeping our workshop running efficiently, ensuring technicians have the right parts at the right time while delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers.

We're looking for
- You’ll receive, unload and accurately record all incoming parts and stock deliveries.
- You’ll store and organise parts, maintaining clear, up-to-date inventory records in our internal systems.
- You’ll respond to internal workshop and external customer enquiries in person, by phone and via email, delivering a quick and expert service.
- You’ll pick and distribute parts for technicians, working closely with service advisors and the sales team to keep every job on schedule.
About You
- Someone with previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a franchised dealership.
- Someone comfortable following established processes and procedures, and working both independently and as part of a team.
- Someone motivated, organised and who prioritises Health & Safety in the workplace.
- Someone tech-savvy and confident using iPad or similar software for inventory management.
- Most importantly, someone who takes pride in delivering a positive experience for every customer and colleague, every time.
