Parts Advisor - Seat/Cupra Solihull

We’re looking for a motivated Parts Advisor to join our Seat/Cupra dealership in Solihull

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Receiving, checking, and properly storing stock daily
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching parts and orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ordering parts and accessories under the guidance of the Service Manager
  • Maintaining accurate departmental records and filing systems
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and Dealership Operating Standards
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding promptly and courteously to enquiries

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a parts environment preferred
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to respond to customer needs professionally and efficiently
  • Target-driven mindset with a proactive, self-motivated approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
