We are seeking a dedicated Parts Advisor, ideally with experience in a similar role to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be process-driven and have a background in similar roles. You will become part of a friendly and supportive team, working with an exciting range of products.

Responsibilities

• Identify and supply required parts for workshop repairs.
• Ensure that stock is well maintained, taking responsibility for ordering and selling accessories and vehicle parts.
• Process parts orders for service customers.
• Assist with other duties within the parts department during busy periods.
• Work efficiently under pressure, identify priorities, and schedule tasks appropriately.
• Maintain a friendly yet professional manner, demonstrating integrity, discretion, and objectivity.
• Meet deadlines without compromising work quality.
• Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally, even under pressure.
• Foster strong working relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Effectively schedule and allocate work to ensure timely completion.
• Adhere to all quality-related and audit practices.

To be Successful in this role you will have;

• Good industry knowledge or the automotive industry
• Strong accuracy and organisational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with the team and customers
• Ability to work and communicate across multiple teams to work efficiently
• Strong IT and systems skills
• An understanding of stock control and commercial awareness

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £31,000.00-£33,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Keyloop Software: 1 year (preferred)
• working within Automotive Parts: 1 year (required)
• Main Dealer (Automotiv): 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Clean UK Driving Licence (required)
