Working Hours
Full Time, Monday–Friday, plus alternate Saturday mornings
We’re looking for an experienced Parts Consultant to join our team and play a key role in driving parts sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
You’ll work closely with the Parts Manager and wider team to deliver excellent customer service, achieve key targets and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues and manufacturer partners.
About You
2–3 years’ experience in a motor trade parts environment
Target-driven, ambitious and commercially focused
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confident, personable and emotionally intelligent
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A positive team player who can adapt to different customer needs
Motivated to achieve and exceed financial and KPI targets
Main Duties
Achieve and exceed daily financial and sales targets
Deliver an outstanding customer experience
Support the Parts Manager with stock management and profitability
Monitor and exceed key performance indicators
Build strong relationships with manufacturer partners and colleagues
Identify issues and take appropriate action
Maintain high standards of health and safety
Consistently demonstrate the company’s core values
