We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Administrato r to join our friendly and hardworking Bodyshop Centre in Poole.

About the Role

As a Parts Administrator you will:

  • Be key in delivering our customer satisfaction, volume and profitability objectives, both individually and as part of a team.
  • Engage in the administrative areas of the parts department, as well as assisting and supporting stock control policies and deliveries.
  • Ensure all payments received are processed promptly and securely.
  • Send all credit accounts credit notes to Customers in agreed timescales.
  • Produce regular weekly / monthly reports as required by the Centre.
  • Manage stationary, office supplies, and opening / processing of post.
  • Provide admin support to the Warehouse team.
  • Liaise effectively with Customers, Head Office, and Centre Colleagues.

Hendy Induction - please be advised that any new starters joining the business in their first week will be expected to attend a structured induction programme that will involve 2 days at our training academy in Portsmouth. More details will be shared at interview.

About You

  • Self-motivated and reliable, able to work on own initiative and as part of a team;
  • Core skills in computing (essential), including web systems, email and use of excel;
  • Adaptable multi-tasker with good organisational skills, able to work well within a busy environment, and meet deadlines;
  • Experience with CDK / Keyloop (advantageous but not essential);
  • A full UK driving licence (advantageous but not essential).

Successful candidates will be subject to appropriate pre-employment checks, including right to work verification and DBS checks.
