We’re looking for an experienced Panel Technician / Panel Beater to join our Fife accident repair centre. This is a great opportunity for a skilled vehicle body repair professional who takes pride in producing high-quality structural and cosmetic repairs.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Panel Technician / Panel Beater, you will:
Carry out structural and cosmetic panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles
Repair, replace and align damaged vehicle body panels to manufacturer specifications
Complete accident damage and vehicle body repairs to a consistently high standard
Carry out MIG/MAG welding and other panel repair techniques where required
Use modern bodyshop tools, equipment and manufacturer-approved repair methods
Work to agreed productivity and quality standards while maintaining excellent safety standards
Inspect completed repairs to ensure vehicles meet our high-quality expectations
Work closely with other technicians to support an efficient repair process
Maintain a clean, organised and professional workshop environment
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Panel Technician, Panel Beater, Vehicle Body Repair Technician or Bodyshop Technician
Previous experience within an accident repair centre, bodyshop or automotive repair environment
Strong knowledge of structural and cosmetic vehicle body repairs
Experience with MIG/MAG welding and modern panel repair techniques
ATA accreditation, NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent vehicle body repair qualification is desirable
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality repairs
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a bodyshop team
A strong work ethic with a clear sense of accountability
