Panel Technician
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Salary: Competitive plus bonus
As a Panel Technician working from our Accident Repair Centre in Sheffield, you will be responsible for ensuring that all damaged vehicle bodywork is repaired professionally and in a timely manner to the customer’s satisfaction.

Your day to day will include:
Undertaking repair activities on customer vehicles to the highest standard within the scheduled times, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and minimising return to workshop.
Carrying out all repairs according to best practice procedures, OEM work methods and with appropriate equipment, using OEM times.
The attendance and commitment to Manufacturer Training to ensure that all accreditations are met.
Ensuring all work is completed safely and complies with Company, Brand and industry guidelines.
Ensuring that all repair work is completed to the highest standard and within factory timescales
What we are looking for:
Previous experience as a qualified Panel Beater and or MET Technician with proven experience of panel and body repair of motor vehicles to a high standard.
A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
An enthusiastic and optimistic manner, taking responsibility for your actions and decisions.
An organised and methodical approach to problem solving.
Clear communicator when advising customers on technical issues.
A relevant City & Guilds qualification, recognised apprenticeship or manufacturer-approved training in vehicle panel and body repair, or an equivalent qualification.
