What You’ll Be Doing
Carrying out high-quality structural and cosmetic panel repairs on premium vehicles
Replacing, repairing, and aligning panels in line with manufacturer specifications
Using advanced repair methods, tools, and equipment to deliver exceptional results
Working to defined productivity and quality targets while maintaining strict safety standards
Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a professional, efficient, and high-performing workshop environment
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Panel Technician within a bodyshop or accident repair environment
Strong skills in MIG/MAG welding and panel repair techniques
ATA accreditation or equivalent (desirable)
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
A team player with a strong work ethic and pride in their craft
Experience working with premium or high-end vehicles (desirable)
Work with premium automotive brands in a high-spec environment
