The Role

As a Skilled Panel Beater, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs, ensuring vehicles are restored to manufacturer-approved standards with accuracy and pride.

Responsibilities

Carry out structural and cosmetic panel repairs to the highest standard

Accurately assess damage and plan effective repair strategies

Ensure perfect panel alignment and finish

Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality

Contribute to a clean, safe, and organised workspace

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience as a panel beater within a busy workshop or bodyshop

Expertise in welding, metal shaping, and refinishing

Exceptional attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team

Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ/SVQ Level 3) are desirable
