Working in a state-of-the-art bodyshop equipped with the latest technology and repair equipment, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional repair standards and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle repairs, restoring damaged vehicles to manufacturer and company standards.

Working as part of a skilled and supportive team, you'll undertake a variety of structural and cosmetic repairs, ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop in exceptional condition.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out panel repairs and replacement work to manufacturer standards
• Assessing vehicle damage and interpreting repair instructions
• Using jig and alignment equipment where required
• Repairing a wide range of vehicle makes and models
• Completing repairs efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards
• Conducting quality control checks on completed work
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the bodyshop team
• Ensuring health, safety, and compliance standards are always maintained

Requirements

We're seeking a qualified and experienced Panel Beater who takes pride in delivering outstanding workmanship and customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Automotive City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven experience carrying out high-quality panel repairs
• Experience working within a bodyshop or accident repair environment
• The ability to interpret technical repair methods and estimates
• Experience using jig and alignment equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
• The ability to work efficiently to deadlines and productivity targets
• A full UK driving licence
• Your own full set of tools
