We are looking for a Panel Beater with a wide-ranging skillset to join our highly successful Bodyshop centre in Poole. The ideal candidate will be a positive, self-motivated person with strong organisation and time-management skills. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out repairs to motor vehicles, observing best practice.
  • Keeping work areas clean and tidy, as well as being responsible for your own health and safety and that of your colleagues.

Hendy Induction - please be advised that any new starters joining the business in their first week will be expected to attend a structured induction programme that will involve 2 days at our training academy in Portsmouth. More details will be shared at interview.

About You

  • Panel ATA Accreditation / NVQ Level Certification / IMI City Guilds level 3 qualification desired
  • Previous bodyshop experience and be fully skilled in repairing vehicles.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and the desire to ensure every vehicle is completed to the highest standards, exceeding our objectives.
  • A flexible and ‘can do’ approach with the ability to work on your own initiative whilst also enjoying working in a team and supporting colleagues wherever possible.
  • A full UK driving licence ( essential ).

Successful candidates will be subject to appropriate pre-employment checks, including right to work verification and DBS checks.
