We're offering a basic salary of £43,606, with the opportunity to earn up to £55,000 OTE, working a 42.5-hour week, alongside excellent benefits, ongoing training, and genuine career progression opportunities.

About the Role

As a Paint Technician, you'll be responsible for preparing and refinishing vehicles to the highest possible standards, ensuring every repair meets both manufacturer and company quality requirements.

You'll take pride in your workmanship, delivering exceptional finishes while maintaining efficiency and productivity targets within a fast-paced accident repair environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing vehicles and panels for paint application
• Mixing and applying water-based paints to manufacturer specifications
• Carrying out refinishing work to the highest quality standards
• Completing all paint repairs within agreed timescales
• Inspecting completed work to ensure exceptional finish quality
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Working collaboratively with panel technicians and the wider bodyshop team
• Delivering consistently high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction

Requirements

We're seeking an experienced Paint Technician who takes genuine pride in producing high-quality work and delivering exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Painter, Paint Technician, or Paint Sprayer within a bodyshop environment
• Strong knowledge of paint preparation and refinishing processes
• Experience using water-based paint systems
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
• The ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional workmanship
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• A full UK driving licence
