What You’ll Be Doing
This is a key front-of-house role where you’ll be right at the heart of the customer journey:
Welcoming customers and creating a professional, positive first impression
Managing vehicle bookings for service, maintenance, and repair
Working closely with the workshop to ensure smooth, efficient scheduling
Keeping customers informed every step of the way — building trust and confidence
Identifying additional work and gaining authorisation in a professional manner
Delivering a seamless handover experience that leaves customers wanting to return
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who stands out — someone who brings energy to the team and takes ownership of their role:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor would be advantageous
A natural communicator who builds rapport with ease
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Professional, well-presented, and motivated to succeed
Experience using dealer systems such as Pinnacle/Pinewood is advantageous
