£26,000 basic salary with OTE £60,000, company car, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services

Due to combining our existing Citroen and Peugeot business with our Vauxhall sister site and addition of Jeep and Leap Motor all under one roof we are growing our team to ensure we keep our position as one of the leader Stellantis sites in the UK and Current Peugeot Golden Lion Winner.

We're looking for someone to champion one of our five exciting brands, becoming the expert who lives and breathes the brand while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Working alongside our New Car Sales Manager and Business Manager, you'll help lead and develop a team of six New Car Sales Executives, driving performance and inspiring success.

This opportunity is perfect for a top-performing Sales Executive ready to take the next step into leadership, or an experienced Business Manager or Franchise Manager looking to join an award-winning team representing some of the industry's leading automotive brands.

What do you need to succeed as a Business Manager?

• A high level of professional acumen and have an outstanding work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to captain a team to obtain outstanding results as well as supporting and leading them
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets monthly
• Influence and negotiation skills
• Excellent relationship building skills, with both your team and customers

What does the Business Manager role involve?

• Driving your sales team to optimise every Finance and Insurance opportunity that comes into the business
• Establish wants and needs of the customer while building a rapport that will retain them to the brand and the business
• Expertly handling the enquiry management process, supporting and motivating your team to convert prospects into customers
• Working under pressure, establishing targets and monitoring performance against budget
• Understanding shortfalls and addressing those with your team and Sales Manager
• Regular feedback to your team, looking at performance, targets and coaching to developing them
