  • Troubleshooting and resolving WAN, LAN, wireless and firewall issues.
  • Managing and escalating support tickets with third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Monitoring network performance and ensuring optimal service availability.
  • Supporting network change activities, deployments and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Assisting with device installations, cabling and configuration activities.
  • Working alongside senior engineers on network improvement and transformation projects.

  • Maintaining network documentation, asset records and configuration standards.
  • Ensuring security best practices and change management processes are followed.

Requirements

You'll ideally have:

  • At least 2 years' experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki networking technologies including MX, MS and MR platforms.
  • Experience supporting SD-WAN environments across multiple locations.
  • Knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs and firewall policies.
  • Experience troubleshooting LAN, WAN, internet and wireless connectivity issues.
  • Experience working with ISPs and third-party providers to resolve incidents.
  • Understanding of VPN technologies and data centre connectivity.
  • Experience maintaining technical documentation and supporting infrastructure upgrades.

Desirable Qualifications

While not essential, the following certifications would be advantageous:

In return, we offer:

  • Competitive salary of up to £35,000
  • Hybrid working arrangements
  • Company benefits package
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities
  • Career progression within one of the UK's largest motor retailers
  • Colleague discounts and wellbeing support
