Basic salary of £22,000 with an OTE of £50,000, 40-hour working week, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.

As a BMW Motorrad Sales Executive, you’ll do more than sell motorcycles. You’ll introduce customers to a world of freedom, performance and adventure - helping them find the BMW Motorrad that’s right for them and creating an experience they’ll remember long after they ride away.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating exceptional customer experiences - from the first enquiry and showroom visit through to handing over the keys and seeing a customer ride away on their new BMW Motorrad.
• Becoming a BMW Motorrad expert - developing an in-depth knowledge of our motorcycles, technology, accessories and services, so you can confidently share what makes the brand unique.
• Owning the sales journey - managing new and used motorcycle enquiries, building genuine relationships and turning opportunities into memorable customer experiences and successful sales.
• Matching customers to their perfect ride - taking the time to understand what each customer wants, from their riding style and aspirations to the adventures they have planned.
• Creating the complete BMW Motorrad experience -introducing customers to genuine accessories, clothing, finance and protection products that can enhance their ownership experience.
• Working with integrity - providing clear, responsible and compliant financial advice while meeting all FCA requirements and ensuring customers are treated fairly.
• Being part of the BMW Motorrad community - representing the brand with enthusiasm, professionalism and pride at every opportunity.

You’ll be someone who

• Is comfortable with technology and digital systems, using them effectively to manage customer relationships and sales opportunities.
• Holds a full UK driving licence (with motorcycle categories A or A2) and is excited by the opportunity to experience and represent a range of incredible BMW Motorrad machines.
