You will be based at our Lancaster Volkswagen/SEAT service department.
We are looking for people who share our passion for our brands, with experience of servicing and repairing vehicles to a high standard, and who are qualified to Level 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanics, Maintenance Repair or equivalent. All employees play a vital part in putting the customer first, delivering a great customer experience.
As a technician you will be responsible for detecting and diagnosing vehicles faults to establish the work required, and ensure that the subsequent work carried out is carried out accurately and in a timely manner. You will be responsible for vehicle road testing and ensuring vehicle parts are stored and handled correctly. The ideal person will take pride in ensuring our customers are provided with the very best service. As a busy and fast paced dealership, every working day will be varied with excellent opportunities to achieve your efficiency-based bonuses.

Qualified to Level 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanics, Maintenance Repair or equivalent
Previous e
xperience working as a Vehicle Technician is essential
MOT licence preferable
Full brand training will be provided as required
Full clean UK driving licence
Basic Salary is Dependent on Experience, OTE with incentives of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum
Overtime available and paid at time and a half
31 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays, pro-rata), increasing with service up to 36 days (pro-rata)
Professional development – progression offered ranging from Master Technician, EV accreditation, MOT certification.
