As a Motor Vehicle Technician—you’ll have the opportunity to service, diagnose, and repair a wide range of makes and models. Your expertise across multiple vehicle brands will be vital in ensuring every car leaves our workshop performing at its best.

Your Responsibilities
To carry out service, diagnostic and repair work efficiently and competently.
To utilise previous multi-franchise experience to confidently diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle makes and models, including non-brand vehicles.
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent City & Guilds / BTEC) qualified.
Bosch certification is desirable
Proven experience within a franchised dealership environment.
Skilled in fault diagnosis and repair across a wide range of makes and models.
Technical knowledge with the ability to use and adapt to different manufacturer diagnostic systems.
Experience working to manufacturer standards, including warranty compliance and accurate job card completion.
Ability to deliver first-time fixes within agreed timescales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Committed to continuous development and keeping up to date with evolving vehicle technology.
Confident using diagnostic equipment and relevant computer systems.
Full valid UK driving licence.
