• £2,000 sign-on bonus paid in your first month

About the Role

As an MOT Tester, you'll play a key role in ensuring vehicles meet the highest safety and compliance standards while supporting the wider workshop team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out MOT testing in line with DVSA regulations
• Conducting vehicle health checks and identifying any additional work required
• Assisting with customer queries when needed
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards
• Supporting workshop productivity by helping ensure jobs run smoothly and deadlines are achieved

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a qualified MOT Tester with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

We're looking for someone who has:

• A valid MOT Tester licence
• A full UK driving licence
• Previous experience within a workshop environment
• The ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards
• Excellent attention to detail
• A positive and team-focused attitude

Experience gained within a main dealer, independent garage, or fast-fit environment will all be considered.
