£2,000 joining bonus available for all experienced Technicians.

Potential Target Earnings: up to £50,000, with UNCAPPED earning potential.

• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in SMART repairs within an automotive environment, with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Strong skills in surface preparation, colour matching, paint application and polishing, with excellent attention to detail and finish quality.
• Confidence assessing cosmetic damage, selecting suitable repair methods for minor paintwork defects, scratches, scuffs and bumper damage, and managing your workload efficiently.
• A commitment to safe working practices and thorough quality checks, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver consistent repair standards.
