A £35,000 basic salary + up to £5,000 bonus

At Vertu Ford Birmingham Fleet, we're looking for an experienced Service & Maintenance Vehicle Technician to join our team. We're offering a basic salary of £35,000 depending on skills and experience, plus a bonus opportunity of up to £5,000.

Join us and receive a £4,000 sign-on bonus, with £2,000 paid in your first month and a further £2,000 after 13 months of service as a reward for your commitment.

You'll work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday and working 1 in 3 saturdays.

The role:

As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing our customers' vehicles to a high standard.

You'll work efficiently to agreed timeframes while maintaining excellent standards of workmanship. Productivity, attention to detail and achieving a first-time fix will all be important parts of the role.

Requirements

You'll need:

• A relevant automotive qualification, ideally City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3, or equivalent
• Current experience working as a Vehicle Technician
• Your own set of tools
• A full UK driving licence
