Due to a growing demand for our services, Vertu Ford Stafford is expanding our team — and we’re excited to welcome a new, dedicated Mechanic. Whether you’re early in your career or bringing years of experience, we value your skills, passion, and commitment to quality.

We are offering a competitive basic salary up to £38,000 plus Bonus , depending on your skills and experience working 40 hours a week.

We are also offering a £4000 sign on bonus, £2000 paid in month one and £2000 paid in month 13!

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Commercial Vehicle Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering an honest, reliable, and professional experience for every customer. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:

• Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing vehicles to the highest standards
• Applying your technical expertise to both routine and complex repairs
• Taking pride in achieving quality results and first-time fixes

We welcome individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Need

• A relevant qualification (e.g., City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Automotive)
• Hands-on experience working as a Vehicle Technician
• Your own set of tools
• A full UK driving licence
