Experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic – Join Our Growing Team in our newest dealership in Lincoln
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday) with 1 in 2 Saturdays (8 AM - 1 PM). Flexible working options available for the right candidate.

We are expanding with a new site in Lincoln and are looking for skilled Vehicle Technicians to join our growing team. If you want to work in an environment that values development, career progression, and teamwork, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing vehicles to manufacturer and MOT standards
Conducting electronic vehicle health checks (eVHC) and providing recommendations to customers
Performing maintenance and repairs efficiently and to a high standard
Sourcing necessary parts to complete work
Conducting final inspections and safety tests
Recording all work details accurately
Ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards
Participating in ongoing training and development
Providing mentorship to apprentices where applicable
What We Are Looking For:
Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician with a full UK driving licence
Manufacturer experience preferred but not essential
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly
Strong organisational and time management skills
