£2,000 joining bonus available for all experienced Technicians.

Basic salary: up to £36,400, depending on skills and experience.

OTE: up to £46,400, with UNCAPPED earning potential.

Guaranteed bonus for your first 3 months - details to be discussed at interview.

What you’ll bring

• Full UK driving licence.
• Extensive automotive paint refinishing experience, with the technical expertise to complete complex paint repairs to an exceptional standard.
• Advanced skills in surface preparation, colour matching, paint mixing, spraying and blending, with meticulous attention to finish quality.
• Confidence identifying the causes of complex paint defects, selecting effective rectification methods and managing your workload efficiently.
• A commitment to safe working practices and consistent quality, with the ability to share technical knowledge, mentor colleagues and support continuous improvement.
