Luxury Brand Marketing Manager - Bentley, Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce and Ferrari Leeds

At JCT600, we’re looking for a creative, commercially minded Luxury Brand Marketing Manager to lead marketing across four exceptional brands: Bentley, Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce and Ferrari.

You'll work across all four of our Leeds dealerships, which are located within close proximity to one another.

You’ll bring fresh thinking to how we connect with our customers, creating distinctive campaigns, exclusive events and bespoke experiences that reflect each brand’s identity. From developing luxury partnerships to strengthening customer relationships, you’ll turn ideas into activity that generates meaningful sales opportunities and delivers measurable results.

Leading a team of three Brand Marketing Executives, you’ll combine strategic direction with a hands-on approach, supporting your team to deliver outstanding work across all four franchises.

As a Luxury Brand Marketing Manager, your day-to-day will include:

Shaping and delivering marketing plans that bring together manufacturer strategy, JCT600 business objectives and individual retailer priorities.

Developing exceptional customer experiences, generating ideas and concepts for exclusive events, experiential campaigns and partnerships that engage high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth audiences.

Identifying new opportunities and collaborations that strengthen brand positioning, build relationships and deliver commercial value.

Leading and developing your team, setting clear objectives, providing coaching and feedback, and supporting performance through regular one-to-ones and annual reviews.

Overseeing digital campaigns and customer communications, including social media, website content and targeted email marketing, ensuring activity reflects manufacturer guidelines and JCT600 standards.

Building customer loyalty, developing communications and experiences that nurture existing relationships and encourage repeat business.

Managing marketing budgets and measuring performance, using campaign and event data to evaluate return on investment and improve future activity.

Overseeing manufacturer requirements and approvals, ensuring marketing plans, submissions and supporting evidence are accurate and delivered on time.

What we’re looking for in a Luxury Brand Marketing Manager:

Proven experience developing and delivering brand marketing strategies, campaigns and initiatives that support commercial objectives.

People management experience, with the ability to set direction, build accountability and support colleagues’ development.

Strong experiential and event marketing experience, ideally gained within luxury, premium automotive, hospitality or another high-end consumer environment.

Commercial awareness, with a clear understanding of how marketing generates leads, supports sales and strengthens customer retention.

Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate with partners and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Strong organisation and project management skills, balancing competing priorities across four manufacturers and delivering to tight deadlines.

Experience managing budgets, analysing performance data and presenting clear recommendations.

Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, alongside marketing, reporting and CRM platforms.

Experience within luxury automotive would be an advantage, as would an established network of luxury partners and suppliers.
