Requirements
Responsibilities
Warmly welcome customers and provide them with an overview of our services.
Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring they have all necessary information.
Maintain an organized and inviting reception area.
Schedule appointments and manage customer flow efficiently.
Collect feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive or hospitality sector.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A positive attitude and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are an advantage.
