Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the payment inbox email
  • Check and verify all payments to ensure compliance
  • Conduct HPI vehicle checks
  • Ensure excel payments log is maintained and circulated daily by email
  • Review all payments in query status daily
  • Review purchase ledger settlements outstanding
  • Communicate with all team members
  • Ad-hoc projects

The ideal candidate will:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • GCSE In Maths or equivalent
