General Sales Manager - Ferrari Leeds

As a General Sales Manager at Ferrari Leeds, you'll lead, motivate and develop the Sales team to deliver exceptional commercial results and a truly outstanding client experience that reflects one of the world's most prestigious brands.

Working closely with the Head of Business, you'll drive performance across new and pre-owned vehicle sales while creating a culture built on excellence, attention to detail and continuous improvement.

As General Sales Manager, your day-to-day will include:

Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing Sales team.

Maximising sales volumes and profitability of both new and pre-owned vehicles.

Driving performance across finance, insurance and associated products.

Setting clear objectives and ensuring departmental targets are achieved.

Developing an exceptional client journey in line with Ferrari brand standards.

Maintaining the highest standards across the Sales department and wider dealership.

Supporting the Head of Business with the delivery of the dealership's commercial strategy.

What we’re looking for in a General Sales Manager

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about people leadership and delivering results.

You’ll ideally have:

Previous experience leading and developing a successful Sales team.

A strong commercial approach with a track record of delivering results.

An unwavering commitment to providing an exceptional client experience.

The ability to build a culture of high performance, accountability and continuous improvement.

Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering impeccable standards.

Motor industry experience is desirable, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.

A full UK driving licence free from excessive penalties.
