Job description
- Collaborate with department managers to create coordinated, detailed annual plans.
- Ensure plans align with long-term goals covering profitability, productivity, resource control, and market development.
- Establish departmental organisation and headcount within agreed guidelines.
- Define department structures, job positions, job descriptions, and responsibilities.
- Oversee the recruitment of colleagues to ensure efficient achievement of objectives within each department.
