About the Role

Responsibilities

• Delivering outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations
• Coaching and training sales staff to consistently meet monthly sales and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) targets
• Managing budgets and overseeing the financial health of the branch
• Conducting staff performance reviews and leading recruitment efforts
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Streamlining operations for maximum efficiency and profitability, focusing on volume and margin KPIs
