We are looking for a talented General Aftersales Manager to join our Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle team in Poole.

As a General Aftersales Manager, you’ll oversee our workshop, parts, and customer service operations, ensuring departmental objectives are achieved while delivering prompt, efficient, and high-quality service to customers.
Bring your leadership skills, commercial focus and passion for customer excellence, and we’ll support you with the opportunity to progress within a well-respected and growing automotive group.
Your responsibilities will include:
What you will need to be a General Aftersales Manager at Van Mossel UK:
Hours of work will be 45 hours, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm
