We are looking to hire a motivated Forecourt Attendant to join our team at our New Uddingston SEAT branch in Glasgow.

Working Hours

Full time: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 on a rota basis

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Petrol Attendant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in keeping a busy forecourt running safely and efficiently, and is comfortable working on a rota across weekdays and weekends.

Requirements

  • Serving customers in a friendly, professional and helpful manner.
  • Processing fuel and shop transactions accurately, including cash and card payments.
  • Monitoring the forecourt and fuel pumps to help maintain a safe working environment.
  • Keeping the petrol station, shop and forecourt areas clean, tidy and well presented.
  • Replenishing stock and helping to maintain availability of products.
  • Following all health, safety and security procedures at all times.
  • Responding appropriately to customer queries and escalating any issues where required.

Nice to have

  • Confident dealing with customers and providing a high standard of service.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work to a rota.
  • Able to work calmly and accurately in a busy environment.
  • Comfortable handling payments and following set procedures.
  • Health and safety aware, with good attention to detail.
  • Previous retail, customer service or forecourt experience would be helpful, but full training can be provided.
