Parts Advisor - Skoda, Birmingham

We’re looking for a motivated Parts Advisor to join our VWG division in Birmingham.

The role will be Floating meaning travel to the below sites will be required to cover when needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Receiving, checking, and properly storing stock daily
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching parts and orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ordering parts and accessories under the guidance of the Service Manager
  • Maintaining accurate departmental records and filing systems
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and Dealership Operating Standards
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding promptly and courteously to enquiries

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a parts environment preferred
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to respond to customer needs professionally and efficiently
  • Target-driven mindset with a proactive, self-motivated approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
