An opportunity has arisen to join us as an Omoda Jaecoo Fleet Specialist. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of Omoda Jaecoo’s fleet sales, building strong relationships with corporate clients, leasing companies, brokers and rental partners while acting as a knowledgeable brand ambassador for both Brands.
You will proactively generate new business opportunities, respond to enquiries, prepare tailored proposals, and guide customers through the full sales journey—from product demonstrations and test drives to negotiation and handover. With responsibility for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring full compliance with FCA and Company standards, this role offers the chance to influence fleet performance, collaborate across departments, and contribute to Sandown’s long‑term success in a dynamic and rapidly evolving market.
Developing new fleet sales opportunities and strengthening relationships with key business partners and customers.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with stakeholders across the fleet sector.
Acting as a brand specialist for Omoda and Jaecoo, providing product demonstrations and guidance on vehicle features, technology, safety systems and EV capabilities.
Representing the brands at customer meetings, networking events and fleet sector engagements.
Planning and managing sales activities to achieve agreed business objectives.
Preparing fleet quotations, tenders and tailored proposals to meet customer requirements.
Managing vehicle orders, delivery arrangements and customer handovers.
Maintaining accurate customer records, reports and follow-up activity through company systems
Ensuring all sales activity is conducted in line with FCA requirements and company policies.

Previous experience within automotive sales, fleet sales or business development.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
A proactive approach to developing new business opportunities.
High levels of organisation and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
A full UK driving licence.

As this role involves travelling across multiple Sandown locations and meeting with customers, applicants should be professional in appearance and confident when representing both the Sandown Group and the Omoda Jaecoo brands.
Monday – Friday: 08.30 – 18.00 with a one-hour unpaid break.
Total: 42.5 hours per week
