About the Role

Marshall Nissan Oxford - Fleet Sales/Commercial Sales

£27,000 | £50,000 OTE + Company Car

Monday to Friday | 40 Hours Per Week

Marshall Nissan Oxford is looking for a motivated and commercially focused Local Business Development Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business opportunities and developing long-term partnerships with local businesses. You'll represent the Nissan brand, helping business customers find vehicle and finance solutions that meet their needs.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing relationships with local businesses and fleet customers
  • Generating new business opportunities and building your sales pipeline
  • Promoting Nissan vehicles and finance solutions
  • Managing the full sales process from enquiry through to delivery
  • Building long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business
  • Achieving agreed sales and profitability targets

Requirements

About You

  • Up to £2000 refer a friend
  • No Weekends
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service
