We are currently seeking an Estimator to join our team and play a key role in accurately assessing vehicle damage and supporting the efficient delivery of repairs.

What You’ll Be Doing
Producing accurate repair estimates for damaged vehicles using Audatex or similar estimating systems
Assessing vehicle damage and identifying the most appropriate repair methods in line with insurer and manufacturer guidelines
Working closely with the workshop, parts department, and customer service teams to ensure repairs are planned efficiently
Liaising professionally with customers, insurers, engineers, and colleagues throughout the repair process
Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring estimates are completed within agreed timescales
Supporting continuous improvements to estimating accuracy and repair efficiency
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in an Estimator, Vehicle Damage Assessor, or similar role within the accident repair industry
Experience using Audatex or other vehicle estimating systems would be advantageous
A good understanding of vehicle repair methods and repair processes
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills
A proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop professionally
ATA accreditation is desirable but not essential
