We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Vehicle Collection & Delivery Driver to join our Edinburgh team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with driving experience, strong customer service skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
As a Driver, you'll play a vital role in the customer journey, ensuring vehicles are collected, delivered, and handled safely, efficiently, and professionally. Working across Edinburgh and surrounding areas, you'll represent Steer Automotive Group while providing exceptional service to customers and supporting the smooth operation of our accident repair centre.
What You'll Be Doing
Collecting and delivering customer vehicles safely, efficiently, and professionally
Carrying out basic vehicle condition checks before and after journeys
Providing excellent customer service during vehicle collections and deliveries
Assisting with vehicle movements on-site to support workshop efficiency
Maintaining accurate records of vehicle collections, deliveries, and handovers
Ensuring all driving activities comply with road safety regulations and company procedures
Representing Steer Automotive Group professionally at all times
Requirements
Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record
Aged 21 or over due to insurance requirements
Previous experience as a Driver, Delivery Driver, Vehicle Collection Driver, Collection and Delivery Driver, or in a customer-facing role is desirable
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, reliable, and courteous approach
Strong attention to detail and commitment to vehicle care
Good time management and organisational skills
A commitment to safety, integrity, and delivering exceptional service
