- Vehicle Transport and Safety: Safely transport vehicles between dealership locations, customer homes, and other destinations, ensuring secure loading and unloading.
- Vehicle Preparation: Assist with fuelling, cleaning, and basic maintenance to ensure vehicles are presented in a customer-ready condition.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service during vehicle collections and deliveries, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and complete necessary paperwork.
- Vehicle Inspection and Reporting: Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any maintenance issues to the Management Team.
