Divisional Aftersales Manager – Skoda, Seat & Cupra

We’re looking for an experienced Divisional Sales Manager to support our Franchise Director across our Skoda, Seat & Cupra brands and dealership locations.

Following the acquisition of Johnsons Cars, Brayleys Cars and Johnsons Cars have come together to create one of the UK's top 10 automotive retail groups.

This is a high-profile leadership opportunity for an ambitious automotive aftersales professional who can drive performance, develop people and embed consistent aftersales standards across a large and diverse Division.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Franchise Director in delivering the Division’s aftersales strategy
  • Driving consistent processes across all dealerships to improve overall performance
  • Analysing dealership and Divisional KPIs to identify opportunities and implement effective action plans
  • Coaching and developing Managers, Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts Advisors/Supervisors
  • Working closely with manufacturer partners to maximise opportunities and manufacturer performance
  • Embedding a consistent and exceptional customer journey across every dealership
  • Monitoring compliance with Group, manufacturer and DVSA standards
  • Sharing best practice and developing future talent and succession plans across the Division

What We’re Looking For

  • Senior aftersales leadership experience within a franchised dealership environment
  • A proven track record of improving performance through leadership, coaching and process management
  • Strong understanding of automotive aftersales departments
  • Strong experience working with manufacturer partners
  • Excellent communication, coaching and people development skills
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities across a large geographical area
  • High levels of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the Division

This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine impact across a significant part of the Johnsons Cars business. You’ll work closely with dealership leadership teams, manufacturer partners and senior stakeholders, helping to shape performance, develop talent and deliver consistently high standards across the Division.
