About the Role
The role involves direct interaction with our customers and, above all, ensuring all customers have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities include:
Convert warm digital enquiries into successful vehicle lease deals, no cold calling required.
Quickly establish rapport with customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
Understand each customer’s unique needs, match them to our best leasing options and guide them through the journey from enquiry to delivery.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest offers, vehicle specs, and funding solutions to confidently recommend the right package every time.
Manage customer orders through to completion, working closely with our in-house admin and logistics teams to ensure smooth handovers.
Build long-lasting relationships, creating repeat and referral opportunities through top-tier service.
What We’re Looking For:
A sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to exceed targets and deliver results.
Excellent communicator who thrives on delivering brilliant customer experiences.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple deals in a dynamic, digital environment.
Proactive, tech-savvy and confident navigating online systems and CRM tools.
Previous experience in leasing, automotive sales, or finance is a bonus but the right attitude is what really matters.
