Deputy Parts Manager

Our BMW and MINI dealership in Bristol is looking for a motivated and engaging Deputy Parts Manager to join the team. The successful candidate must have proven strong organisational and customer service skills to support the Parts Manager and oversee the day to day running of the parts department.

Responsibilities

In this varied and face paced role you will be responsible for

• Organising the efficient running of the parts department including the workshop counter, onsite Bodyshop, trade parts, retail counter and van logistics to ensure parts are obtained and delivered in a timely manner
• Manage stock control and ordering patterns including regular stock takes and accurate record keeping
• Provide exceptional service to customers both in person and over the phone
• Support the service department by ensuring all parts requests are handled promptly, accurately and with clear communication

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• We are looking for an ambitious candidate with pervious dealership experience in a management or supervisor role
• Excellent organisational skills and communication skills
• Proven ability to motivate, support and lead a team in a face paced environment
• The ability to problem solve and manage people
• Previous use of kerridge or drive would be advantageous, along side BMW knowledge but not essential
• A full valid UK driving licence
