At JCT600, our Car Park Hosts help create a great first impression for every customer and visitor, helping them park with ease and providing a warm, enthusiastic welcome from the moment they arrive.

Your day to day will include:

Welcoming customers and visitors, helping them find suitable parking and directing them to the right place.

Monitoring the car park and allocated parking bays to keep spaces available for customers and visitors.

Keeping the customer entrance and parking areas tidy and well presented.

Offering assistance with personal belongings where required.

Planning ahead for pre-booked appointments and expected visitors to help arrivals run smoothly.

Responding to customer enquiries in a friendly, professional manner.

Communicating regularly with colleagues to provide a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

A friendly, outgoing approach and confidence in welcoming customers face to face.

The ability to remain calm, professional and polite in challenging situations.

A willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to use your own initiative.

A full, clean UK driving licence.
