Sandicliffe Nottingham is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer focused Café Assistant to support our busy dealership café. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, delivering great service, and creating a warm, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.

Hours of Work

23 hours a week Plus any holiday cover, All hours worked is paid.

Monday to Friday: Between 8:00am – 3:30pm (part time hours within this window)

Saturdays: 1 in 2, 8:00am – 12:00pm

We can explore flexibility within these hours to support individual circumstances wherever possible. This is a job share position, so extra hours to support holidays is required

About the Role

As a Café Assistant, you will play an important part in creating a positive customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks and light refreshments

Keeping the café area clean, tidy, and well stocked

Providing a warm, friendly service to customers and staff

Handling payments accurately and efficiently

Supporting general café operations, including food preparation and basic cleaning tasks

Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety at all times

This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others.

Due to this being a job share, you will be required to cover holidays and sickness for your team member as and when required. So flexibility with your availability will be required.

Experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service is essential due to you working alone sometimes.
