£35,000 Basic Salary | OTE £50,000 | Company Car | Excellent Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven Business Manager to join the successful team at Vertu Kia Bradford.

Working closely with our sales team, you'll be responsible for presenting finance and insurance products, building tailored customer solutions, and helping maximise vehicle sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll play a key role in driving departmental performance, ensuring compliance, and achieving sales targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, Sales Controller or similar automotive role
  • Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proven track record of delivering results
  • A customer-focused approach with a passion for providing exceptional service
  • Full UK driving licence
