As Business Manager - Used Cars, you will play a key role in driving the performance of the used car business, helping shape profitable deals and supporting a high-quality buying journey for customers. This role has a direct impact on sales results, operational performance, and the overall success of the used car function within a premium retail environment.
Responsibilities
Lead used car sales performance to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Manage finance and insurance processes while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Support the sales team with deal structuring and margin optimisation.
Monitor stock mix, pricing, and vehicle turnaround to maximise returns.
Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the used car buying journey.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in automotive sales or dealership business management with premium automotive brands.
Track record of achieving sales targets and improving profit margins.
Strong understanding of finance products, compliance, and deal structuring in an automotive retail or dealership environment.
Knowledge of used car operations.
Experience managing customer relationships in automotive retail sales.
Full UK driving licence.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
